Privacy Policy

In a nutshell Wedding-Car.co.uk takes your privacy very seriously and we would only ever share your personal details if you have given us your express permission, and we'd never sell them to other organisations. Ever.

Any details you give to us are stored securely and can be withdrawn on request. By submitting an online form, your details are emailed to us and cannot be publicly viewed.

Your details will be used to arrange your booking and, if you opt in online or in person, to receive our occasional email newsletter (a mailing list run through the Mailchimp system - section B of their privacy policy here relates to mailing lists).

All email newsletters contain unsubscribe links which can be used to be instantly removed from our mailing list. Alternatively you can visit this unsubscribe link to unsubscribe instantly.

If you choose to submit feedback through our feedback form then your first name and a quote may be published - you can advise us if you don't want it used in this way. Don't worry, we wouldn't ever publish your email address or other contact details. You may also choose send photos or letters by email or post - again please let us know if you don't want these published.

The site uses Google Analytics to track user browsing patterns however absolutely no personally identifiable information is gathered in this - it just helps us to make the site more useful to you. Cookies are also used to track referrals through Google Adwords, this information is stored with Google for up to 30 days and does not contain any personal details.

Online payments are processed using the Google Checkout system so any data you submit during the process will be held under their privacy policy. We do not store or have access to credit card details.

We make every effort to ensure that our website, downloads and emails are virus, spyware and error free. However Wedding-Car.co.uk cannot accept any liability for problems or losses caused by using the site - we recommend that you always run up-to-date virus and spyware scanning software.

Wedding-Car.co.uk contains links to external sites and we are not liable for the content (or any loss or damage caused by visiting) these sites. We do try to make sure the links only go to quality sites, so please contact us if you have any concerns.
